Phil hails from the frozen wasteland that is Canada. There he learned how to build beaver dams and ride the majestic moose. After completing high school in the United States, Phil studied synthetic organic chemistry at Rice University under the tutelage of Dr. Victor Behar. In his free time, Phil likes to lose at email chess and ski until he breaks himself Kennedy style.
